Manufacturer Product Guarantees
Our policy has always been to produce high quality products that stand up to the test of time and use. We stand behind all AstroSystems manufactured products with a minimum one year warranty, lifetime on the Phase 4 Focuser. We have liberal trade-in or trade-up policies on our focusers and charts. If you have a problem with one of our products, please call or write us first. AstroSystems has been at the forefront of astronomical product innovation since its inception in 1987. Many of our product firsts are now industry standards. Our goal is to continually improve the function and value offered amateur astronomers in both goods and service.
Limited One Year Waranty
Astrozap warrants to the original retail purchaser that each product manufactured by Astrozap is and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Astrozap will repair or replace at its option any such defective part thereof at no cost to the purchaser for parts or labor.
Prior to the return of any product, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Astrozap by writing, emailing or calling (216-334-1622 ). Each returned part or product must include a written statement detailing the nature of the defect, as well as the owner’s name, address, and phone number.
This warranty shall not apply if it is shown that the defect or malfunction was caused by abuse, mishandling or unauthorized repair.

Contact Barska customer support department for a RMA #. Send a copy of your proof of purchase. Which is the invoice included with you shipment. You will then need to ship the product back to us. If claiming manufacturer warranty after 21 days of invoice you will need to pay the processing fee stated in the included product warranty card. Once the product is received and verified we will promptly issue you the refund of the single item price if within 21 Days of invoice from Barska.com or after 21 days exchange / repair depending on the nature of your request.
All returned packages will need a RMA# printed on the outside of the box.
